Separate lens; remove all old butyl/PU And test-fit before bonding.
Use butyl rope (serviceable) or automotive PU (permanent). Clamp/tape evenly while curing.
Ensure vent ports are clear; replace desiccant if fitted.
After refit, check headlight aim and do a light-mist leak test to verify seal integrity.
