Toparts is a direct importer and supplier of aftermarket replacement parts that fit Mercedes-Benz vehicles. These are not genuine Mercedes-Benz parts.
We supply customers across South Africa.
Toparts does not offer fitment, installation, or mechanical services.

2. Use of the Website

By using toparts.co.za you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict the use of the site by any third party.

You may not upload, post, or transmit any harmful, misleading, or offensive material through this website.

3. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that all information, product descriptions, and images displayed on toparts.co.za are accurate and up to date.

However, minor variations in colour, detail, or packaging may occur.

Toparts reserves the right to modify product information, specifications, pricing, or availability at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders and Payment

Orders are processed once payment has been received and confirmed.
Toparts reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
All prices displayed are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver throughout South Africa via trusted courier partners.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and stock availability.
Toparts is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control; we will keep you informed.
Risk in the goods passes to you when the order is delivered to you or collected by you. Ownership passes to you once payment has been received.

6. Returns and Exchanges

You may return a part within 7 days of delivery for a change of mind, provided it is unused, not fitted, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Faulty parts may be returned within 6 months of delivery.

Please note:

Electrical parts, lighting units, and electronic components cannot be returned for a change of mind once installed or tested. This does not affect returns of faulty parts.
Return shipping for a change of mind is the customer’s responsibility. We pay the return shipping for faulty or incorrectly supplied items.

To initiate a return, please email info@toparts.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

7. Warranty

All parts are covered by the implied warranty of quality under the Consumer Protection Act: if a part is defective, you may return it within 6 months of delivery for a repair, replacement or refund, subject to inspection.
This does not cover:

Incorrect installation or improper handling
Damage from accidents or modifications
Normal wear and tear

To the extent permitted by law, Toparts is not liable for labour costs, loss of use, or consequential damages arising from product issues.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Toparts is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use our products or services. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
Please check compatibility (model, chassis and part number) before ordering; we are happy to check it for you. Parts should be fitted by a qualified person.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content — including text, images, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Toparts and protected by copyright laws.

No material from toparts.co.za may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

Mercedes-Benz and its model names and part numbers are trademarks of their owners and are used on this website only to identify compatible vehicles.

10. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy.

Personal information collected through toparts.co.za is used only for order processing, customer communication, and service improvement.

Toparts does not sell or rent customer data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run our store (such as our store platform, payment and delivery providers) and with advertising and analytics partners where you consent, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Toparts may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Orders are governed by the terms in force when the order was placed.
