We supply precision-fit parts to customers across South Africa.
Toparts does not offer fitment, installation, or mechanical services.

We deliver throughout South Africa via trusted courier partners.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and stock availability.
Toparts is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Ownership and risk transfer to the customer once the order has been dispatched.

6. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Please note:

Electrical parts, lighting units, and electronic components are non-returnable once installed or tested.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless an incorrect or defective item was supplied.

To initiate a return, please email info@toparts.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

7. Warranty

All parts supplied by Toparts carry a limited warranty against manufacturing defects, subject to inspection and verification.
This warranty does not cover:

Incorrect installation or improper handling
Damage from accidents or modifications
Normal wear and tear

Toparts is not liable for labour costs, loss of use, or consequential damages arising from product issues.

8. Limitation of Liability

Toparts will not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use our products or services.
Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility and correct installation of all parts purchased.

No material from toparts.co.za may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
