Installation Notes (Pro Tips):
Remove the lamp; gently heat the perimeter (low-heat oven or careful heat gun) to soften factory adhesive.
Separate lens; remove all old butyl/PU and test-fit before bonding.
Use quality butyl rope (serviceable) or automotive PU (permanent). Clamp/tape evenly while curing.
Ensure vent ports are clear; replace desiccant if fitted.
After refit, check headlight aim and do a light-mist leak test to verify seal integrity.
Beam pattern is set by the internal LED/MULTIBEAM optics — the lens does not change RHD/LHD cutoff.
